I went down to Moab to shoot a charity rafting event over the weekend, and while I didn’t have a lot of time for personal photos, I had to make a run over to Arches NP for some night photography. I was planning on just shooting this as a silhouette, but a passing car lit up Balanced Rock and the adjacent hoodoo to make it interesting.
Equipment: 5D Mark II, 16-35mm
I am from Salt Lake City, UT and shoot primarily in the Red Rock areas of Southern Utah trying to capture the beauty and mystery of the Colorado Plateau region.
