Clouds at Sunrise Over Broken Arch, Utah
by Bret Edge
Broken Arch is often overlooked by photographers visiting Arches National Park near Moab, Utah. It isn't well known and it isn't easily seen from the road. But, given the right conditions, it is as spectacular as any other location in the park. I made this image on a warm summer morning as an overnight storm broke up to reveal beautiful warm light and a sky filled with dramatic clouds.
Equipment: Canon 5DII, 16-35mm lens

Bret, this is beautiful. I just returned from that area and I am ready to go back. Didn’t get near enough time to shoot all that I wanted. You had all the perfect conditions here. The sky, the clouds , the rocks and the view through the rocks ..perfect.
