Atlantic Puffin
by Will Nicholls
Every year I visit the Farne Islands to photograph the sea birds there. Puffins are beautiful birds, but photographed a lot. So this time I tried to get something a little different from a new angle. Back again next weekend!
Equipment: Nikon D700, Nikon 200-400mm f/4 VRII lens

I am 17 years old, and a self-taught wildlife photographer. I have been taking photographs since September 2007, and I live in Haydon Bridge in Northumberland, England. I hope to study zoology at Bristol university, and I aspire to become a broadcasting naturalist, following in the footsteps of Sir David Attenborough and Steve Backshall.
