Autumn Dreams

This Colorado photo depicts a small stream meandering over green mossy rocks with gold aspen trees in the background. I was walking by this stream and spotted these rocks and couldn't resist those aspen trees in the background. These aspen trees were the most brilliant in color I've seen in several years. Not a soul around either making it very peaceful.

I hate autumn because I know what’s next and yet, I love this image and the smile it brings to my face as the trees, gaily garbed, surround the rushing waters, crystal clear and cool. Just beautiful! Thanks for getting me to change my mind, if only a little, about autumn.
