Doesn’t work for me, sorry. There ‘s no subject in the photograph. My eyes just keep wandering around over the image without seeing something that “attracts the eye” …..

I have never seen sand patterns like this before, it’s amazing what the wind can do.

Sometimes, patterns and textures are the subjects themselves and I am one of those people that always looks for them.
This one is superb!!

This picture gave me a strong desire to see another shot with a panoramic view of what else was there..water, landscape etc. I love the picture and would love the rest of the story!!

I initially thought that it was the bark of some type of tree.

I hate to differ with Paul but it seems to me that if you are observant you can see some subjects in the patterns. Very nice shot I have never seen patterns like this on the beach, in the desert maybe.

Sorry, I’m with Paul on this one – does nothing for me.
When I first looked at it, I thought it was a piece of wrinkled drapery material like you might find at a garage sale.
There is no point of reference as to size etc. – how close was the subject – It could be 3 feet or could be an arial shot from an aircraft – we just don’t know.

It looks almost like a theatre stage curtain, or a waterfall. Very nice!
