Landscape of Pollution
by Ariful Haque
In the endless space, between countless stars and thousands of solar systems, we have the lucky "Green Earth" where life exists! Can you measure HOW LUCKY we are :O ?
From millions of years, life is living here with the help of nature and nature is providing all the resources to live, absolutely free. But in return what we doing? We are destroying our mother nature in every way we can just for our short term facilities.
The irony is, we know the future of this massive destruction but we becomes so blind about it!

Well spoken and nicely presented for sure.

Wow. Not the traditional naturescape we love to look at, but this is honest, and we need to see it. Good choice for black and white.

A sadly graphic and accurate statement of who we are and how we got here.

This is one of the saddest photographs I have ever seen and puts the human race to shame.

A sad image indeed but this is what we do and we should be aware of it. Well captured.

We are NOT blind ! It is simply impossible to get back now. The cost of the return trip is too high.
Ecology is too expensive.
First level of the needs pyramid , is food and clothes etc. Don’t ask some one to think about pollution while his stomach is empty.
And it’s non need to talk about world “wild” economy ! Don’t ask a businessman who earns million dollars to stop being multimillionaire.
The key is money ! Anyway, I love this surreal picture ! I think I would prefer it without the fore.round

Well-done, well-spoken, and sad. The photograph speaks.

Well said and this is a photograph with a message , i fact no body taught us what will happen if you take nature for a ride , may it is very easy to pump every thing in a river but after 75 years our future generation will curse us .
Victoria
Heartbreaking but thought-provoking. Inspiring, not content-wise, but art-wise.

My sentiments exactly…it’s beyond comprehension what man has done to Earth in the short time we have walked the earth. B&W really brings out the desolation and destructive reality of the situation.

I for one, do my part to be “GREEN”. But what does my little bit, do up against this??? Maybe this should be shown to the countries leaders?!! ( shame on them! )

Man is parasite on the earth as infection. And just like we find antibodies so will the earth and eradicate us too. And it will replenish itself in blink of an eternal eye. Thanks for you perpective.

Though its not a very pleasant picture, sometimes we need a reminder of how we are destorying the only planet that humans can exist on. Its so sad how ignorant we have become and how corporations don’t care about the future generations (how can they-they are heartless, souless man-made creations) And that money rules the minds of those in power when in the end, Mother Nature will have enough and wipe the slate clean and start over. Very powerful photo and thank you for sharing.

disharmony… Though this is a sad sight,
it is no more sad than our {yours and mine} local landfill….
?Reuse?Repurpose?Recycle?
? Thanks for the Reminder ?
