Fishermen

by Md. Akhlas Uddin

These are the fishermen who live beside the Cox's Bazar beach in Bangladesh. This photo clearly describes how they go about fishing. Along with catching fish from the sea, they also catch lobster eggs when the tide comes in. Afterwards, they sell them to the hatchery. This image is a common scene on the beach. This is the only source of income for many homes, and so all of the family members work hard and catch fish like this. They don't catch big fish or go deep sea fishing which would threaten the environment.
Equipment: Canon 5D and 24-70mm
