Cascading Light

Thundering cascades and mist are a common sight in Great Falls National Park in the spring. On this morning I was lucky enough to have great light as well. Great Falls National Park, Virginia.

Great image Joe. The lighting is wonderful the way it spotlights that one section of the falls and lights up the mist.

Great photography! I like how you concentrated on the rapids and chose not to include the surrounding area ; most artists seem to need the addition of a ‘safe area’.
