I love the contrast of cool blue sage and warm golden aspen in this image.

I've been shooting nature photography for around 25 years and still get a rush when searching for a beautiful landscape. I enjoy sharing my love of nature with other people. My focus is in landscape photography but will venture into other areas as they present themselves to me. I welcome any comments, good or bad about my work.

I love the golden aspens of Colorado. This photo with the bluish grasses and brush gives me the feeling it was a chilly day. Thank you for sharing this photo.

I love Aspen, and sage, and you caught both looking their best. Like the way it’s composed, too.

Thank you for the lovely comments folks. You all have made my day!!!
I noticed that somehow the location information was left out. I’m pretty sure I put the information into the appropriate fields. For those of you who are interested, here is the location:
Highway 158, on the fantastic June Lake Loop, CA. It is one of California’s best places to go for fall color. This area of California has a spoil of riches: Mono Lake State Reserve, Mammoth Mountain, and Devil’s Postpile National Monument to name a few. Further south is Mt. Whitney and the White Mountains, home to the oldest trees in the world, the Bristlecone Pines.
