My name is Erez, I'm an Israeli nature photographer, engineer and musician. I started my way in the DSLR world in March 2008, and since then I've become a hopeless addict. Today, in addition to regular shoots, I teach photography in several schools, lead private courses and workshops and guide photography trips worldwide. My two main interests are macro and landsacpe photography. To me, both these fields are all about revealing the intricacy and beauty of the world surrounding us.

You have the face in focus and the angle right as he is flying towards us not away; it is rare to find a shot as good as this.

Hi guys,
thank you all for your kind comments, I appreciate them!
It’s very important to understand that macro is a very technical and difficult field, and it takes a lot of time and hard work to acheive good results in the wild.
This shot was the best of about 100 shots of flying dragonflies. It wouldn’ve been impossible without patience and loads of experience.
What I’m trying to say is, work hard and you’ll see the results.
Good luck and thanks again.
