Spectacular capture. What vantage point did you use to capture this?
Wow, pretty amazing. I felt I was in the wave
Very powerful image. Great shot.
looks to be a glass sculpture-fantastic shot.
super shot. glass sculpture came to my mind, too
Excellent !, what a day that must of been.
Ohhhhh wow this is incredible, so beautiful and yet still a true representation of the oceans power – love this
Great power and lovely colors.
great capture, good to see a water shot that hasn’t had a long exposure.
Magical shot. Congratulations on persistence, a keen eye and a steady hand.
Breathtaking in the highest sense.
Where were you at the time ?? On a boat or on land ??
The absolute power of the ocean comes through.
I just realised – I’ve never seen anything like this on earthshots before, and I’ve been coming here for three years now. Awesome action shot, the power of waves is amazing, and healing and delightful and screams danger.
Fascinating.Makes me want to be right there, watching the ocean’s many faces.
Amazing water picture! Just think how small we are in the face of that huge force. S C A R Y!!

Great shot! Looks like a glass ship sliding through the waves!
This one makes me want to get out my oils and paint! I love seascapes and this photo is awesome!
What a beautiful shot looks like the wave is driving an iceberg.
WOW! That is the shot……
This is one of the most amazing photographs I have ever seen. UN-believable!
Powerful and beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
WOW! And WOW again!!! I will never see this for real, so thanks for sharing!
Brilliant………… That’s all I can say
GREAT SHOT LOVE THE COLD BLUE COLORS
full of movement. great shot and very sharp.
awesome thanks for sharing this incredible scene!
is it caused by a shallow rock or something?
Spectacular shot! Excellent capture! The wave looks like glass, it is so crisp and sharp. Wow Wow WOW!
Hey, great shot, what lens did you use for this, and if it’s a zoom lens what was the focal length?
I love this shot so much, there is so many aspects to see in it. I have it as my desktop background.
I love the contrast between close water and the wave, the texture of the wave face rearing up, the ice/jelly like solid mass of the top of the wave, the fact the wave seems to be just standing there, and the white water accelerating to escape over the front.
What a great picture, i feel like i was in the wave.
