This is a really cool shot. I am guessing its a dam. I like the black and white effect.

nice shot. first i thought it was a farmer in a rice paddy. but now it looks more like someone abseiling down a wet building, and the title would suggest similar. there seems to be another off to the right too. this pic also has an optical illusion aspect, it looks like it has been cropped skew. dont stare too long, you may fall over!

Thanks for all the comments. Well done Shawn, it is the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. It’s a black pyramid which when photographed with no points of reference gives it that strange optical effect. Thought this guy working on one its planes would give added interest.

Great shot–I don’t usually care for shots of modern buildings, but this is nice if a bit dizzying!
