Misty Bay Bridge
by Ellie Stone
The fast moving fog, allowed for a really cool effect on my long exposure shot of the Bay Bridge at night.

Wonderful shot. The time exposure sure did the trick. Wonder what is in the foreground?

Such a stunning shot Ive seen shots of this before but none like you have capture. Congrats!

Almost the same vantage point as for POTD of 18 Feb.
But, what a different and equally wonderful outcome!

I love this one, really like the colour. What were those pylons for?

Beautiful! The long exposure gave it the right soft-effect and allowed enough light to the foreground. Love the dark and gloomy sky!

Haha the 2/18 shot is mine. Ellie is a good friend of mine. Congrats Ellie! Your first EarthShots! YAY! Great pic
I like it better than mine. I didn’t get any cool fog. I’ll have to go shoot it again

Thanks for all the lovely comments!

Funny that by buddy Steve Davis has the Feb.18th POTD from the same place. It’s just such a great spot to shoot from.
@ Jim A. I think the foreground has a streak from a bird. Looks like he wanted to make an unidentified appearance
@ Planet Lover, This is the Bay Bridge in San Francisco. It links Oakland to San Fran and crosses over Treasure Island.
@ Su, Not sure what those pylons where from. Thinking maybe an old pier. They are awfully cool though.
Thanks again!
