This is a very nice shot. The light in Tuscany is very special isn’t it? There are only two places in the world that I have come across with similar gorgeous light and they are India and Geurnsey channel Island.

Eileen is right. There are foothills in the central valley of California (near Dinuba, Visalia, Porterville) that are topped with copies of Tuscan villas. The surrounding grape vineyards add to the effect. I’ll never make it to France, but I can understand why so many people try to replicate the style–fine living at its best!! What a lovely image.
