This image of Lake Superior's North Shore was captured on a -15 degree January Morning.
There was heavy steam hovering over the lake and a large cloud bank on the horizon, which added extra elements to the landscape.

I’ve only been to Lake Superior once in the winter–to watch birds of all things, so I immediately started shivering. My favorite part of the picture is the mist slowly rising off the water–wonderful shot!
