I'm a photographer from Brisbane, Australia - and one of the joys for me (outside of my musical world) is travelling and capturing moments of life through photography. My favourite styles of photography: Portraiture and landscape.

Love it, there is a real sense of history with this shot. You can just sit and drink in the details.

I love the broom there sitting accusing him.
The steps haven’t been cleared for an age and he gets to have to do it…and doesn’t want to start!

Love the photo.
Don’t get the title, unless your remarking that the peace and serenity of the photo is a fairy tale moment in stark contrast to the social and economic nightmare suffered by the people by the oppressive and violent military government.

Another people shot I can admire. I know I’ll never go to Myanmar, so I especially appreciate the photos this month–totally different, yet telling the age-old story of man in his environment.
