Expecting Burgess Falls to have lots of iced over spots,I was surprised the majority of the ice was at the edges of the falls. Here is an example. Luckily the light was just right!

Warm light, cold scene. The foreground is rigid, pointy, and textured, while the background the soft(ish) blur of the rushing water. Nice photo :)

Just the hint of pink light really helps emphasize all the other shades of cold blue! Magnificent photo with so many lovely textures–water is a marvelous thing, isn’t it? Very nice potd!
