This is a great example of how it’s OK to break one of the cardinal rules of composition. You have the horizon running through the center of the photograph. But, it’s balanced by the strong horizontal cacti, the diagonal line through the desert, the mountain, the clouds and the vegetation on the right. I find it interesting how the clouds reflect the vegetation and the mountain.
