oof! i can feel the cold from here. Where is this? Beautiful contrast witb the lines in the background. Lovely shot.
A great picture. It reminds me of winters in New York.
an amazing phenomenon caught simply…beautiful
Much as I dislike the cold, ice storms always find me outside with my camera! Seeing the sspark of life encased so beautifully always entrances us. Very nice shot–congrats on potd.
Oh sweet! Makes me wonder, if ice wrapped around edible berries in this fashion, would it act like a natural preservative
?
I notice that certain berries hang on the trees until different parts of the winter; the hawthorn berries always go last. It’s like God always has something in the larder for the wildlife to eat during the cold months.
Great capture. simple and just a tint of color but very effective.
Super shot, very effective.
Really nice capture, excellent focus and detail!
Nice winter scene. Ice makes the trees look nice in winter.
Spectacular winter scene and excellent macro!!! Regards from Argentine.
great capture! Best compliments and regards from italy!!!
Excellent shot!
Love it!!
What a spectacular shot!!
These look like what’s called dogberries, that make an excellent wine.
They appear to be rose hips. I understand they are higher in vitamin C by weight than any other fruit.
Some wild fruits (grapes here in the north) are really only palatable by humans after they freeze–too puckery before that!
An incredibly spectacular scene!!
Lovely winetr pic Victoria. Congrats!
as well captured and the berries themselves!
Well done.
Funny I also capurted a similar shot of lemons congrats to you
Nice catch, perfect symbolization of earth in the beginnings of the throw of winter, simple and very nice shot!
