Mittens for the Morning

My predawn test shots ended up being far more exciting to me then the actual dawn. I loved the illustrative quality of the Mittens in silhouette.

I’ve been shooting landscapes, sports, and creating fine art works for about 15 years. I’m absolutely amazed like I remember being as a child every time an image comes up in the developer or out of the RAW converter!

This is a wonderful unusual view of Monument Valley. I like that you let the light be all the color, while so many others want the red of the rocks to dominate. Very well done!

I have always loved the pre dawn and post dusk color contrast of inky blue and fiery red-orange.
