Interesting angle. Lovely sky.
The cloud formations mimiking the form the tree trunks and and the branches make this image very powerful.

What a beautiul photo! This reminds me of the foothills where I lived in California, except the trees there are oaks. One can’t imagine the beauty of the grasses blowing in the wind, the contrast of light and shadow/sky and earth, yet you’ve managed to capture it. Very lovely potd.
The sky with its cloud formations and the dividing lines lit up, makes it a powerful picture. Good shot Torsten.
That sure is a huge hill!!
Interesting photo but not a great foreground.
I don’t think I have ever seen a photo quite like this one. I like it for its bare simplicity and graphic force.

The sloped hill makes a great divider between earth & sky, I like it.
lovely capture and great sky and foreground.
Beautiful composition – like we are seeing the curvature of the earth. Also love the contrast in color, and simplicity of form…..excellent!!!
Thanks for sharing!
