I don’t recall ever having seen such a wide, flat, endless scenic shot of Germany. This looks more like the USA’s midwest! I like the colors and textures–the grain swaying in the breeze provides endless possibilities. Your choice to shoot what must be your own tire-tracks adds to the depth of field. Very nice!

Yea, I thought it was Kansas until I saw the location. Very interesting shot. The tracks give it depth and offer a contrast to the flat terrain. A nice shot.

Lovely simple shot, lovely colour.

really great minimalistic shot. Good intro to the whole image. the way it fades up in the skies makes it even more mysterious.

Love the deep azure sky. I also appreciate the lack of artificiality, none of the bizarre color effects that seem to be so evident lately. A beautiful shot whose very simplicity adds to its attractiveness.

After looking at this again, I am reminded of a poster I saw years ago..’I don’t know where I’m going, but I’m on my way’.

Good perspective, good colors; this is barley not wheat.
