Well sir, all I can say is your composition, time of exposure and overall effect are better than 99.99% of hobbyists I’ve ever seen. Do you ever sell any of your work?

The foreground, the lights above and below the bridge, the lights of Austin, and the road heading out to the hills and the beautiful horizen. Breathtakingly beautiful. Good luck to you. I like Texas, too.

very good shot indeed. I like the reflection the image is crystal clear and the long shutter tail light effect is wonderful.

You are no hobbyist, you dear, are an artist, an artist makes people feel with their pictures and it is the hardest medium to be an artist in but you have the eye, don’t waste it, get out there and take pictures till your camera breaks, I live with a professional photographer, whose father was just given the national wildlife photography award, Horace Brown, his work hangs in all the parks and government buildings in KY. trust me you have the eye, you can teach people technique all day but unless they have the eye, they end up owning photo shops and teaching, you should be doing a gallery showing, I’ve been to Texas it never looked so good. Your picture made me feel optimistic yet paradoxically melancholy, a contrast between the horizon that never changes and things moving so fast, people hurrying their life away. I am glad you are not, take the time to take pictures, your “Hobby” could be you job. Good Luck with your future, life isn’t a dress rehersal do what you love, life is too short to do anything else.

Great photo. The sky and the river, the sunset and the lights on the bridge are in perfect harmony. Very nice vantage point, with the stones jutting out in the foreground. Lovely!

Very capturing image and colours and angle! Fabulous.

I have been shooting professionally for over 20 years. I have actually shot for Tx Parks and Wildlife, USAF contractor and closeouts of the Space Station for NASA. I have a wedding business in Austin and have seen many photos of the 360 bridge. This one takes my breath away. Great job, Davis! Beutiful picture.

This picture could have been mundane but it is far from it; the colors are lovely.

Great shot. I love how the colors of the Sunset match the night lighting of the bridge traffic and surrounding area.

Howdy Partner! Austin is a great place to photograph. Awesome photo! I live in Houston, but I’m “cool” because I grew up in San Antonio. My brother, who lives in La Grange, hates anything that is Houstonian. I like EVERYWHERE I’ve been so far.
