A beautiful portrait study. What a lucky strike you got.
He’s beautiful! That little beady eye looks so sleepy, but I’m sure he’s using all his senses to the max. I like the play of color and texture. You sound like a person who will go far–never lose your enthusiasm–life is so much fun if you just let it entertain you.
Fantastic shot!!! Love the color, light and texture. Great DOF too.
He is lovely but what species is he?
this shot really relates a story
This looks like a palm viper, but may be wrong, a real poisonous little fella. Wonderful colour and texture captured here. congrats.
Biomedical engineering… fascinating! Thanks for sharing your snake photo. I wonder if the “8″ strike position is only when hanging from branches?
Certainly too perfect to have been captured in the wild
A great shot.
If you’d waited another second? This is a phenomenal shot. Love your enthusiasm.
Amazing! Fantastic capture! Love his colour and «attitude»!
A little to big to be in my backyard
He looks nice though.
Yikes! I’m not into snakes or spiders, never the less, I like to look at them…..and you took an amazing shot. Keep up the good work.
Well it is either a Costa Rician or Indian green viper. Most of the others have blues, yellows etc speckling their skin. Great Color on the shot. Patientence pays off
Go Aggies!!!
Love the light in this photo.
A grand spectacle for Biology students & for us; Thanks for sharing.
Simply amazing!
This is so vibrant.
nice!
