One Qs: what is the setting on the camera? how did you get all white background while the glacier men all in dark or black?

I agree this is a nice pic. However, this would be good for some situations (e.g. targeting), but could offer more intelligence information. With a minor contrast adjustment you could really bring out the detail in the climbers while still maintaining the background.
