Reef Masters

by Thomas Vignaud

A few blacktip reef sharks, Moorea, French Polynesia. Their social structure appears to be more complicated than expected, showing sexual and size segregation.

What an interesting and artistic nature shot. I love the vibrant blue of the water, looking up to the surface. and that you were able to get seven sharks all in one photo. Congratulations!

I like the crowd of those yellow fishes that give a yellow colour to this photograph. It’s a soft, but eye catching detail!

I reflect Malta Photography’s comment; not everyone would brave shark infested waters for the perfect shot.

wow that’s an amazing photo of deep sea shark and marine life! I love seeing things from underwater and you captured this scene so well!

6th March 2009 at 3:34 am

Incredibly clear and sharp. It doesn’t even have the blurriness that underwater photos usually have. Excellent in all aspects!
