This is a great photograph. The contrast is rich and has captured strong visual interest not only through subject matter but also through the details. For instants, the hair in the face, leg in the air, and action in the background. A lot of movement going on. I love it!

How utterly determined she is to fulfill her desire. You have captured every being of her. Your talent is wonderful. My sincere congratulations.

Now this is a great shot indeed. Very nicely composed and the fact that it is in b/w gives it more impact of the shot. Great indeed, this is a real photo.

This lady might be old but her bones are still supple and her arm muscles are well defined; this show that she works hard but that she is fit and well… no nursing home for her.

Great effort. We can notice right away your expertise in photojournalism. You would do great also in photo competitions in Europe. As judge of many such contests, I can guarantee you a bright future in photography and photojournalism.

I love documentary photography (or ‘street’ as it is often called). It is one of those genres that has more punch taken in black and white than it does in colour, and this shot speaks for itself. The image portrays a woman who has had a hard, but long life, and yet has retained her faith in God by offering her thoughts and prayers to a greater being. Perhaps she will be, or was, a princess in another life.

A very very good documentary image. What really does it for me is the excellent composition and the way you have captured the essence and spirit of the entire scene. Spot on.

Another example of just how stunning and ‘relevant’ B&W is and can be. Excellent composition, great work. :)

How interesting! She doesn’t seem old to me; her strength and determination are clearly those of a younger person with a lot of life in front of her. By younger I mean 50 years old or so. Longevity, however, varies across cultures so maybe she is “old” in her world.

I’m curious that others are standing & not bathing as you mentioned in your intro.Great work, thank you.

The lady’s body does not appear to be old but if you look at her face and particularly her neck where the skin has gone scrawny, she has to be at least over seventy.
