Many take photos of sensuous sand and shadows, but by including the human in the foreground and the pointed craggy hills in the background, you’ve made yours unique. It gives us a real sense of the vastness of the desert. Very nice!

That horizon is far!
Love the shot! The smooth and clean foreground contrasts nicely with the curvaceous and side-lit background.
s’funny how the guy’s tripod is off at an angle.

Iteresting shot with a great background. Im sure you took some without the figure though as that horizon deserves some serious atention….

Very nice composition indeed. I like the idea of the human figure but it like fights for attention with the actual sand.

What makes this picture a good artistic effort are the graphic curves of the sand dunes and the monochromatic dominance.
Mandy Kilpatrick
I love the warm colors and tones, and the surreal looking sand formations. At first I thought the addition of the person ruined it, but I do like the sense of size perspective he brings with him. Congratulations!

Love the color, and this looks as if there was a light wind and a slow shutter to give that smooth sand look? An interestening looking place.

Very surreal landscape. I wish the figure were not so centered in the picture.

I’d LOVE to see this without the person. But even with them, it’s an equally awesome photo.
