Cold Morning On Abraham Lake in Banff National Park

This was an image I took while spending time in Banff National Park. All I can remember was how cold everything was. Trying to time this lake is important as you need to know when it freezes over but before the snow falls. There are unique curves all over this lake.
This lake is in the Kootney Plains of Banff.

It is so different from my own cold mornings! My eyes stare at this beauty with amazement! I like the way it was composed with a line leading our eyes to the mountains.

I like this shot very much and the curve of nature has come out real good. What I do not like is the abrupt light at the lower end of the photo. Looks like a flash to me but its very unbalanced.

I have never seen a frozen lake before the snow falls, that must have taken so much time and patience to capture on film! The picture looks as cold as I feel “Spring where are you ? I need you NOW !!” lol. Beautiful photo, congrats.
