Snowdrops Through Snow

Tha last snow fell in northern Italy just when the first snowdrop flowers were emerging. Lights and colors matched perfectly in this ethereal image.

I like the overall concept of the image. Specially the harmony between the two subjects in terms of color and the valley like “V” shape of the snow and the inverted Vs in the flowers. However I feel there should have been some more black space between the snow and the flowers, which over here seem to be almost touching each other.

My father was from Northern Italy and loved it there. I have not been able to go but would love to see it someday.
