This is a wonderful image. Thanks for the great detail of the wings–hard to get, I know. I’m trying to design a beaded dragonfly pin–have worked on it off and on for years, and your photo has inspired me to try yet again!

As a dragonfly photographer myself I can tell you that your focus is dead right. The essential thing when photographing humans and animals is to get the eye in focus; the rest matters much less.
