It doesn&#039;t actually fall at all, at least not by itself.  This is something that the Navajo guides have been doing for their photographer customers for some time.  It is very dark in the slots so the use of a tripod is almost mandatory for decent non-flash shots.  Typically the guide sets you up in the right location and then grabs a big scoop of sand, throws it up on the rock shelf, and then runs out of the way so you can trip your shutter for a nice time exposure.  It&#039;s still a great shot but not a natural wonder.  The slots though are a wonder unto themselves.</description>
