Nice to see some human interest, for a change. Good photo with lots of depth and colour. You could have changed the angle slightly, and zoomed in a bit more on the subject so that he dominated the picture.

Interesting lighting, specially its directional nature with the shadow leading to the mining equipment.Was it intentional or serendipity?
