Really hostile rugged territory. The small train in the corner adds persprective and scale. Really good Landscape shot with an unusual inovative cropping.
My 2 cents : The patches of red in the foreground are competing with the train. If one is open to change then one can either clone them out or change them to green in the Hue Saturation adjustment layer.

Fantastic photo–don’t change a thing! Am I imagining things, or is that a ski lift and ski trails dead ahead? This really pulls the viewer in……..over the hill, down to the left, and then…?
