good frame and good contrast.
Excellent exposure, composition and details, Lakshmi
Potential of a good image exists even at the commonest of places. You have a Good eye for photographs.
You can try removing the parallax distortion and correcting the horizontal in PS.
nice shoot and very nice contrast. Sharp picture and has quite a warm effect.
How interesting shot, the architecture of this building and the women walking are so well matched. You have captured it so well and it is a classic shot.
The colors are subtle but warm; well done
How nicely u have clicked, the exact posture of the women walking and the architecture of the building. U do make the commonest of places an interesting place.
Nice, cultural and interesting. Queery as to where this was taken?
Anurag,
What is Parallax distortion? This is a new term to me. Thanks
Its so wondering seeing photos from around the world! Thanks for sharing!
Excellent composition. I agree with Anurag on the distortion, though.
The Ladies’ composure while walking is remarkable.
It looks as if they are framed into this setting.
very beautiful!
Who are those ladies and what are they doing there?
Thank you all for the time and comments.
Maybe I should have added a bit more about the site. The city of Hyderabad was ruled by the memebers of Quli Qutb Shahi dynasty prior to the Nizams. There was a remarkable growth not only in the economy and development but also in art and architecture. All the 7 rulers were buried in close vicinity and the area is known as Qutb Shahi tombs.
@TomBrooklyn:
These tombs are very popular place for tourists/visitors. These ladies were a part of a group hurrying around to catch up with the rest of them on the other end.
Beautiful!
I like this…
Ellie,
Parallax distortion can mean two things.
The more common reference is to the difference image seen in the view finder of rangefinder cameras (esp. at close distances) and the actual image captured by the Film, - because the two lenses are a little distances apart. Part of the image seen in the view finder is not captured by the Shooting lens.
The other meaning, what I reffered to is vertical perspective or Keystone correction, which is easily corrected by the Lens distortion filter in PS. I hope this answers your question.
