God Whispers

Courtney's favorite of eight assignments done for National Geographic Magazine was a 2,400 year old shipwreck in Turkey published in the March, 2002 issue. His assignment and stock images have illustrated numerous publications including: National Geographic (beginning with "Down the Cayman Wall", Nov. 1988), National Geographic World. Skin Diver, Scuba Times, Ocean Realm, Sport Diver, Sea Frontiers, Time, Forbes, numerous Cayman Islands publications and several books including two of his own.
A seasoned professional, Courtney Platt has been photographing underwater since 1976 and above water since 1983. His work has won numerous awards. Courtney has lived in Grand Cayman since 1983.
Courtney also frequently shoots weddings, commercial advertising, realty, location portraiture, aerials, nature, and underwater.
