Bayou Sunrise

The sun streams in to back light a mighty Bald Cypress tree draped in Spanish Moss, on Bayou DeSiard.

Wonderful. Love the almost monochromatic subtlety of color, though what makes the picture is the diagonal ray of sunlight in the top third of the picture. Would have liked something to focus on in the foreground though..

Good misty scene, Some more contrast would have helped eg. setting the black point in Levels adjustment.

Perfect just as it is. While there may be a way to improve it technically(as some suggest), there is no possible way to improve the capture of a perfect moment–the first rays of dawn, the sound of the birds, the smell of the swamp–magnificent!
