Wonderful. Love the almost monochromatic subtlety of color, though what makes the picture is the diagonal ray of sunlight in the top third of the picture. Would have liked something to focus on in the foreground though..

I so miss the south. Louisiana the most. My family lives there. This is good. Very nice sunlight. EZ

Gorgeous. So very calm and peaceful. I can hear early morning sounds.

Good misty scene, Some more contrast would have helped eg. setting the black point in Levels adjustment.

Peaceful & Dramatic, it’s whatever you want it to be. Lovely shot.

Perfect just as it is. While there may be a way to improve it technically(as some suggest), there is no possible way to improve the capture of a perfect moment–the first rays of dawn, the sound of the birds, the smell of the swamp–magnificent!

Thanks everyone – Some have said it could use this or that to improve… Unless you have the digital file in your editing software you really have no idea. This image has been printed and sold many times and I have to edit for the print which is an entirely different routine that a file for web applications. This is just as I saw it and as close to the print without giving a false version!
