To all who left comments regarding my photo 40 below, THANKS!
I was a great deal warmer than the bison that day. My wife and I were taking a snow coach tour from West Yellowstone to Old Faithful, and the coach was heated. Although I will go the extra mile in weather to get a good photo, -40 degrees is way beyond that limit. When I saw this big bull, the mist and the raw sky, I had to get the driver to stop while I got out and took several shots. I have to say the bison was a great subject, as he didn't budge until I was finished shooting, confirming that he was alive. Thanks again for the kind comments.
