Great photo, but I had hoped for a more romantic photo on EarthShots for Valentines Day!! Maybe Mr EarthShots isn’t the romantic type!?

You would think that there wouldn’t be much to photograph in the winter but the pictures just get better and better.

I never saw snow in the Grand Canyon before. I thought it was too warm there. Cheers.

I have been there in May last year, but I have to say that snow adds something extra to an already very special place. Good shot.

This is a great photo. I visited the Grand Canyon about 3 weeks ago and the last of the snow was just melting from this point. Pieter (above), the Grand Canyon is at around 8,000ft, so there is plenty of snow there throughout the winter.

Seen many shots of the canyon but not one like this before.
