High Speed Shadow
by Ruairi
This high speed shadow was thrown by a very bright sinking sun against the bluish tarmac of the road, the green of a grassy verge and the yellow of a hedgerow. The speed at which I was cycling ensured a wonderful background of blurred colours behind the sharpish shadow that followed me.

Very very innovative indeed. I particularly like the simple nature of the blurred background and how the motion blurr gives a crayon sketch like look. The placement of the shadow relative to the background color zones is also very good.

great shot and colors. Very interesting how you have composed this shot. The background looks like a van Gogh painting.

Abstract art. Seldom as simple and easy as it appears. Well done on this pic. As previous comments say,it resembles the impressionists.

The simplicity of having only 3 colors is … simply amazing ! And on the other hand these colors are complex ones, very particular shade of green, blue and yellow that mix up together to make a great picture. The abstraction of the bike over it all is also very good. I do like this shot, very much actually.

very very artistic and AMAZING! i love it, its soo unique and not like a typical photograph, but unique in a good way, you should consider this picture getting painted or drawn with pastel, that would make it even more amazing, well done, cant wait to see what else is coming..
