Wow. Stunning. I love the streaky cloud on the mountain! The ice pattern looks like it was set there by some mold!

Very interesting patterns. I wonder how they were made. Can anybody offer a scientific explaination?

Interesting formations they look like large iced water drops. the depth of the photo gives a really good impression.

Hi,
Where is Picture Lake?
I think Patterns in the Snow would add a little needed specificity to the title.
The patterns are very attractive and create add an interesting and unique feature to an already lovely location.
