Good shot! I also went to your website; you have some excellent work for a “student”???? I would say you are closer to not being a student.

Yeah, I too just looked at your website. You have some great images there! I’ll keep checking back for your new additions. Jake

Very nice setting. Good use of well defined zones of color. Though the feeble cocol saturation adds to the sense of cold, I would have liked just a little more hint of color or else a high contrast Black and white.

Gorgeous; all we have here all present is howling wind and rain.

I agree with Anurag, a little more contrast or a little more color in the green trees on the right wouldn’t have hurt.

Relaxing view, pink clowds make it all…

Wow. I can not get over the tranquility of the rose sky in this breathtaking shot! I nearly fell out of my chair when I first saw this picture! Go Scott Go!

I like this photo with the almost monochrome effect with just a hint of colour in the sky. I have had the pleasure of visiting this area as I have a sister who lives in Fairfax Va and has taken me there on the occasions I have been over to see her.

This photo is magnificent. The contrast of the warm pink of the clouds to the dark rich cool green of the lower trees to the crystal ice forest creates a wonderful contrast.

Ethereal, and simply majestic, representing the best of what this world has left to offer. I love the words of BJ…. ‘crystal ice forest’ as it is well-put. The varied comments illutrate such differences in perspective and concept, which speaks volumes. You should be very proud to elicit such a respone, with your vision. You sure are a promising ‘student’! Looking forward to more.

Wish I had had the opportunity to shoot something like this. Does not often get as cold in the UK. Lovely Photo!
