A very powerful image indeed, and beautifully captured. Shutter pressed at just the right moment. How the human figure, so small, yet, the most important element of the shot. Without it the scene would have been just another sunset shot.

what a great shot. It makes me want to start climbing again, its thrilling and the movement of the figure preparing for another move looking up for just another anchor, its great. The photo is superb and very well balanced.

The rock and it’s climber on the right almost look superimposed, it’s so vivid. Perspective, ahhhhh, perspective…..very nice work.
