December 15th, 2007 at 3:56 amQuite beautiful. I like the gray mist over the river, contrasted by the stark color in the wildflowers. The cool green rocks in the water are gorgeous. The fallen tree on the left looks out of place at first, but then it gives it a more realistic feel, instead of having everything so perfect all the time.

December 15th, 2007 at 10:42 amI like the mystical atmosphere of the scene, but the colors are a little bit too dull for my liking. I do understand it’s precisely the haze that you wanted to capture that causes this dullness. Composition is excellent!

December 15th, 2007 at 3:18 pmI like the composition, and I’m glad you featured the wild flowers in the foreground. I also like that the colors weren’t tarted up in Photoshop. A lot of images on this site are too obviously manipulated.

December 15th, 2007 at 6:00 pmI soooo agree with H. Bowers. We spent the month of May/07 traveling around the state of WA. I was enchanted with this area as well as the penninsula and took many photos that we love to revisit. Very nice photo.
