    I whole heartedly agree with Ann. Its the photographer who takes a great picture not the camera. Just out of curiosity, I’d like to know whether this is the full shot or is this a crop of a larger image? If its the former then this is truly a class image Twice over.

    taken with nikon 600mm f4 mf ais about 5 meter from the stork with a camouflage net taken in israel

    You obviously know your stuff, Edri. This is a remarkable and exciting shot, pin sharp and well balanced exposure. I bet you couldn’t wait to get back to the computer to have a look at it on screen and make sure the file was safely backed up a dozen times at the very least. Israel has such perfect light.

    HOLY COW, WHAT A SHOT!! One can see the last breaths of the fish in it eyes, as well as the anticipation of the prize in the storks’ eyes. You have captured it all with great precision, GREAT work. Impressive!
