		<description>Are you all that naive that you believe power plants and industry only exhaust harmless steam into the atmosphere. I agree the steam is most likely what is visible but the toxins contained within the steam is what is the real cause for concern here.</description>

		<description>John doe and Ottoman got it right. The heat inversion has created low lying cloud and the hot moist air (steam) from the power plant is condensing in the cold air making the tall cloud. Probably fairly harmless to the environment, pretty though.</description>
