Deer in the Mist
by Mark Simms
The early bird really does catch the worm. I had to get up at 5am to get this shot. Perfect lighting conditions and a little bit of patience allowed me to capture these 3 fallow deer as they run through the forest.
Equipment: Canon 5D & Canon 70-200 f2.8L IS

Sepia has realley added to the atmosphere and the sun rays are really gorgeous.

Beautiful. Just lovely, what else can you say. Great shot. Looks like the view out my upstairs window of my meadow. When I would wake my kids up for school I would see through the mist. Beautiful.
Thanks EZ

Thanks for the comments everyone.. to the first poster, this isn’t a sepia shot, the only processing I have done to this shot is to crop and resize it, otherwise it is straight out of the camera!

Sepia? That went out about 70 years ago.
