Amongst the Stars

I saw this dying star flower on a bed of moss. I liked how well it stood out and how the out of focus moss in the background looked like stars.

I don’t like dieing star flower… but I love the moss that looks like stars… Good shot any way… and its a second shot I’ve been expecting some real stars based on the name. People keep tricking me.. =D

The moss looks like ice crystals to me. Great photo, but for me the slight off centering of the flower is not very apealing. There is too much negative space on the upper right side. Either you should have framed it in the center or at the third. Though thats only my view.
