January 5th, 2008 at 5:19 pmeven before I enlarged it, you had me laughing aloud. I love those little critters and remember breakfasting as a child, tucked into “my” corner of the kitchen table. The radiator boiled my legs as the cold air rolled off the windows that surrounded me. Outside, on a sloping hill within 10 feet of me chipmunks and winter birds would congregate, filling themselves to bursting, just as this little creature has. I also had a hampster that set a cheek stuffing sunflower record. All of this came barreling forth in laughter when I saw your wonderful capture. THANKS!
