Well what can one say?! Just sit back and enjoy the spectacle. I hope your equipment was safe once the devotees reached where you were standing!

P.S. – One amazing thing that is happening in this shot that really gives it a punch is the fact that all of the sadhus have their left leg forward and even the arms are in similar position. That’s Incredible!!

Everything is nicely in focus, frozen water, frozen action, well done.

I thought it was a picture of Woodstock. How about you put a little background about the festival and explain why the subjects are covered in mud. You ought to be able to find some room if you take away a little from the extensive resume you posted. You might also have applied a little of the effort you put into that resume to be a little more specific about the equipment you used to shoot that equipment.

Very interesting image, it is fascinating to see other events that we never read about in the News.
Congrats on your image and all of your achievements! Keep it up.

Fab shot. Fantastic subject. Perfectly exposed and framed. The water though appears to have beeen oversharpened

Very good capture, will have to agree with Tom; as I am not sure if anyone truly cares about awards, honours etc.

What a cracking image. To be in that place at that particular time is either lucky, or well planned. Whatever it was it is a winner in my view.
